Free Game Server

I have a proposition for anyone who is interested where I would like to offer to host a game server for free, pretty much any game you would like to have. It would be yours to do whatever you want, any mod, any configuration. So let me explain why.
I have run multiple game servers for 20+ years, I had a 16 phone line BBS before the internet became 'a thing'. I prefer running servers and doing some modding over actually playing the games. So having Dedicated Servers, VPS and hosting servers has always been a hobby of mine, its what I enjoy doing. I always have servers just to fool with. Currently I have a dedicated server in Kansas City, USA that is hosting a few Arma 2 servers for the “Dimrod” community (IP 107.150.39.254:2302). They have had those servers hosted by me for free for about 3 years now.

So now I have been working on a website and game hosting panel to do this more 'professionally' and I would like to turn this into a paying hobby, at least enough to cover my expenses. I now have a half a dozen servers across the USA, and in the UK which are paid for yearly, so you can be sure they are not going to 'disappear'.
I can get some servers in France, Germany, Netherlands etc but dont want to spend any more money until I get some of my current expenses paid for. I am almost ready to put some advertising on Gametracker and Google.

So why offer to host a server for free? Because I need to build a community of people who have some experience with some of these games and can be the 'onsite expert' for that particular game. I have tons of experience with Arma2, Arma3, Dayz, Urban Terror, Counterstrike:Source, B3 Bot, Teamspeak. But other games I dont know much about, and if someone asks a question I want someone that I can turn to and ask. And I want to do some Quality Assurance and testing. You tell me what works, what doesnt and what I need to change.
So the servers I can host are pretty much any game. I have installed about 30 different servers so far and almost all started up without any issues. I did not spend any time on configuration though, I just installed and started the servers.
