But anyway, back to OP - no one "programmed" the car to lose 50% health - be mindful of curbs etc and if that's not it, others have reported that verifying files help. I've also read that if you run game off a HDD, issues can occur also. Gd luck, hope you get this to work and enjoy the game as much as I do!

"invisible wall" might not be the best wording. Symptoms-wise, it's as if you hit a tree or a barrier, but of course you're in the middle of the road hitting nothing.
I still can't get over the fact how much this game still looks like a low budget Xbox360 game.
I'm sorry this is the case for you and most others. The game is poorly optimised.
It looks amazing maxed out and running well and honestly, I've not hit a single invisible wall.
You can always try CarX Street, it's lots of fun, suprisingly good and well supported by the developers.
