Sientero Reinita at level 640?

How are people getting the Sientero Reinita up to PR of 640 and above? The highest I have seen (on a you-tube video) is 698, yet with everything at the highest part level, I can only get 539. And that's with all-season tyres rather than off-road, which makes the PR even lower. I rather laboriously went through the top 400 in one of the crown jewel races, and 90% of the players are using this car, and they are all at 640 or above. Personally I think the car sucks, but I'm curious if it becomes less sucky if I can get it up to 640.

Thanks! Shame they couldn't lower those peoples car levels to what the rest of us are going to be stuck on. Guess I will stop using it now I know I won't be able to match their scores.

In some cases, the nerfing didn't actually hurt the car. In the Scientero's case it basically just lowered the maximum power level but the car is still very quick. I only wish it still qualified for the Sapphire Crown so that I could more easily beat my own times.

In another thread here people have trouble hitting the 23 minutes requirement in... whatever race that is, Amber something?.. after the car was nerfed. If you know how to tune the car, maybe you could help them?

That made it really heavy to drive, slow and heavy that even Cayenne feels way better.

Also they don't reset the global leaderboards after physics and spec update is really ♥♥♥♥♥♥, they don't bother to re-evaluate the race time objectives with performance changes either
