Cars, Customization, Upgrades and Races

Personally I think that the Car list is SHORT. I expected to see a more varied list but from what I'm seeing it's just small like there's 4 types of Audi R8 and 2 or 3 more different Audis but there's only 2 BMWs ? And from all the BMWs they got M4 which is good and the I8 ? Really ? No M3 E92 or M5 F90 or something. Also no Mitsubishi which is such a shame and also the Toyota Supra would have been a great fit to this game as well as a Honda NSX
I really like the Chevrolet Camaro ZZ, it's actually one of my favorite cars but it's locked behind one of these stupid editions and I don't get it, the one from these editions is a Special Edition so why not leave a default Camaro ZZ to the players ?

Customization is absurd, after I buy a car I can't even change its colors and after that I can only customize the wheels, interiors and windshield, yoo fu**ing hoo. Why doesn't this game lets us put body kits, spoilers and any other visual upgrades ? If I remember correctly, a friend told me that they never had in previous TDU games but cmon, if you want to compete with Forza and Motorfest then you gotta add them. I'm a nitpicky person when it comes to cars and some I wouldn't even drive because of how they look.

Not really anything to brag about upgrading but they should really add a Basket and let you pay for all of them at once, it's incredibly stupid and boring how you press buy and equip on each item and the problem is that it's not even instant, it takes a second or two or so to finalize the purchase

Off Road races are the most beautiful ones yet the most annoying and it's probably thanks to the AI. 80% of the races they either crash in me or in someone else and there's always a bot with a sand buggy that keeps going further.
Is it me turning down the assists that it increased the bots difficulty ? Like I didn't want to set them to expert lol, just to turn off the assists and everything else and it's not like it's hard but it feels unfair how once ONE bot goes in front he just keeps going at higher speeds and not stopping, reminds me of the NFS Rubber banding

The game is good, it's my first TDU game and I've been enjoying it which is why I want to see it succeed

Yes, there is no visual customization. But that is a budget issue. Sad we can't even add spoilers.

You connect to the servers for the transactions, so I can see why it's easier to do it the way they have. Not too big of a deal, but yes I like games that let you put potential items in a basket to see overall price and performance.

They let us know long ago the car list was going to be somewhat limited compared to some other franchises. That was clear a couple of years ago, so I came In prepared. But I can see why it still surprises people.

Toyota has been selective about what games, I mean Sims are allowed to use their product. So there is that.
