How to restart the game with a new Character? deleting the current character and start from fresh all over

Send in a ticket to costumer support that you want to restart the game. That is the only way.

I think you have to send a email to the game support and ask reset your game with your steam ID.

Your character is on the game server, deleting stuff on your PC shouldn't affect it.

Can't you disconnect your Nacon account from Steam account? And then create new Nacon account and connect it to your Steam account.

but i think the game is connect it to the email i started the game so even if i connect the game to new email i am sure it wont work

There is no way to know how it works on Nacon's side without trying it.

i tired uninstalling the game and delted the files left in documents but when i install the game back and played still opens TDUSC with my old save
