Lost my progress (savegame)

yesterday i was NOT able to skip choosing character so i used VPN.
and now i'm NOT using VPN and i lost all my progress from yesterday, like i'm playing a new game.
it start from beginning now WITHOUT VPN.
is there any fix plz i don't want to play 5 hours again just to reach lvl 12

Can I play in another region's server?
Individual progress is stored with the regional database. If you force system change to connect to another region (not recommended), your progress will not follow and you will have to start over.

I don't think this is possible. You didn't miss much. Starting now once is better than waiting for something that will not happen

same happen to me too couple days ago. I was in shock i was think now i have do all over again :(

oh boy... that actually sucks..! I haven't started over again & afraid if it happens again, were you using VPN as well?
