It's using the outdated rally engine, which is a couple of years old by now and wasn't made for a game like this. If you use an older engine and then try to cram in a lot of stuff which is wasn't made for, you need to make a lot of concessions. It doesn't make sense to use a mainly singleplayer offline closed world engine for a mmo open world game. That's asking for trouble.

Never. Don't expect anyone in this forum to use any sort of logic or sound reason. They want everything in a single game that lasts forever for free or they'll reeee the roof off.
None of that made sense, as you don't expect anyone to use logic or sound reason, I think you just proved your own point. Though thinking is beyond me since no one in this forum can use logic or reason.
and im not even talking about HUGE CPU performance problems this game have when even 7800x3d struggles to output high refreshrate framerates
The release build will be a mess, no doubt about it. They had to revert to an older build on the console demo because of technical issues. All we've seen are technical issues so far... I can see lots of negative reviews pouring in because of all kinds of technical issues players will encounter at release.
barely anything will change on release, the only change we will see are slightly updated post-process effects and 5% better lighting that devs showed recently
There are tons of low polly crappy graphics games but are super fun and enjoyable :)
True, but when comes to open world driving games, good graphics is a must, otherwise the immersion is gone. So in this case the remark doesn't fly.
Only FM looks better atm with activated RT.
