It allows me to set up my wheel to a degree, also a T300 gt rs although I use a g27 shifter, but I cant save them. The game or should I be saying (gaem? as it seems to be aimed at consoles,) recognises both but it keeps defaulting to keyboard. These days games allow multiple different controllers in the setups no questions asked. I certainly hope this will be the case here. Otherwise it's going to be pretty difficult to get enthusiastic about this game. So far pretty underwhelmed.
Once again, I know it's a demo, but if you want to impress us, the basics need to work.
See "TDUSC Demo\Common\Settings" directory, the two .cfg files in that, the hardware one has "profiles" for several wheels, the software one has some general purpose settings for all wheels.
I checked it out, none has a modifiable value for the Wheel Angle, I checked all 3 configuration files, and have submitted a report regarding this issue. It should be available to configure, it's f***ing there in game, they can just enable it via a hot-fix.
If it cannot identify your wheel (like mine), you will probably find the rotation menu is grayed out. In my case, I had to set my wheel manually to 360 rotation outside of game in order to match the game's default setting. Even so, I managed to make everything work quite satisfactorily.
Be aware that if your wheel is not centered, or your handbrake is not at rest, or your brakes or accelerator are showing any significant input, menus will likely scroll during the bind process. So, try to center everything and calibrate everything out of game before attempting to do the bindings in game.
Lastly, good luck!
