He is serious, and that it's all true hehe
Still not so far away from truth.
12. solar little studio (i imagine 50 employee i dont know the real number) versus FH5 microsoft big studio ( i imagine 500 employee i dont know the real number)... so not the same working force.... wrc are great, but for a open world (their first one) seem not enought....
at this point im very sad that microsoft didnt bought the TDU license... and in the same time microsoft own the license of the best space opera EVER (freelancer) and didnt make a sequel...
KT Racing.... 148 employees. Nacon... 430 employees). We have no clue how many Nacon employees help KT Racing with the game.
Playground Games... 378 employees
Playground Games is indeed larger, but KT Racing sure isn't small. For team of 148 this game is below par.
You're not serious, are you. Solar Crown looks like PS4 era game and runs EVEN worse. How can such obsolete looking game be unable to generate 100FPS on a 3080 Ti on 1080p even? How can DX12 game released in 2024 year NOT SUPPORT HYPERTHREADING? FXAA is non-functional and aliasing makes the game completely unreadable, but FSR/DLSS make the game look like 480p, like what is this even https://i.imgur.com/J8GcobG.png.
Ofc it could have been better at this stage and there is plenty of room for improvement as well, not to mention they've limited amount of content (its pretty much what was available during the closed beta), so its still pre-release build.
By the other side, you are comparing a DEMO, is incomplete and with a lack of content, and hundreds of bugs, tYou comparson has non sence, at least wait until the game be released...
There is very little comparison.... FH5 is 10/10 and TDU is 3/10 at best.
They are not even in the same ballpark.
TDU is like a kids game in quality & game presentation... not to mention the ridiculous amount of grinding that will likely be required to earn $ for cars & parts. Seriously who the hell has time for this?
I tried it with rtx 4090. TDU demo was a total waste of time at this point. Can't believe the devs released the demo in this condition. Glad I didn't waste $. Call me when FH6 comes out.
Honestly, I can't believe how many youtubers are going nuts over this game; obviously click bat at this point.
I am not trying to offend anyone here... this is my 1st exposure to the TDU series. Maybe back in the day this was acceptable... but not in 2024.
Even if they get the technical issues resolved... which is highly unlikely given only 3 months to release, it will not be worth top $ and should not be considered in the same ballpark as the Forza series.
The launch date is 3 months from now. The demo shows like 99% of how the game will launch. And it's in a very bad state, it's been released probably to collect Nacon accounts in order to rebounce the incoming loss from data selling.
You clearly like progression in forza, by that I mean getting few hundreds cars without much of an effort and for me this was main reason I've stopped at FH4. I've been coming to TDU 1 for long years, same with TDU 2 - for me it was all about cruising and getting those cars u rly wanted and it took some time and effort.
If u never played TDU then I would assume u just have this mindset of Forza always being the greatest, while 1st TDU came out long before FH series and to this day there is not a game which came out and been anywhere close to that title, based on what I want from these games.
I dont mind them having any issues right now as long as the feedback can help get most of them solved. It definitely feels like open beta, not like a demo in a way it was used back in a day.
