How Are You Guys Playing This Game?

Been trying for a while to play the demo, but no dice. Even after the small patch.

The game launches, I get the banner about the demo, then on the main page with "Press any button".
It tries to authenticate to the profile server and fails.

I seen some videos on YT and people seem to be getting a full menu with new game, options and exit. I don't get that and I don't get anything about an account

I have the same problem. The best part is, they don't even give you a button to quit out. I guess that's what demos are for. To let you know what not to buy.

Yep, have to alt+tab and close the window or alt+f4.
Wouldn't be a problem if it had an offline mode, but noooo.. they need always online on garbage servers

same here, cant get into the game menu, fails at login every try. Losing time unlimited

I'm trying to download the Steam Demo, but it it's only 452kb and upon installation I receive an error - missing game executable (duh!).
Anyone knows what to do?
