Very disappointed old TD fan.

I've been playing IT(I will not spell the games title) some time and I must say that the game is not good successor of TDU series. It is more like poor The Crew than great TDU.

1) Force feedback is not working on Logitecch G27
2) I dont know how KT managed it, but the most confortable game mode on wheel drive is on 180 degrees. Turn/Not turn - any other midstates of wheeldrive are pointles. Keyboard is better choice for this game
3) Because of point 2 crusing is very frustrating
4) Setting for wheeldrive doesn't do anything special - only wheel degree limit works
5) Optimasition is not working. Even on minimum settings i have drops to 10 fps. If I play on max settings guess what - I have 15 fps and drops to 10 fps. As i see CPU is botleneck for me
(Max settings in The Crew 2, I have 60 fps +)
6) map size is joke, but we all know that, so ...
7) The biggest "achivment of the game creators"is I dont want to drive anywhere. I simply jump as close to race as I can. Other ppl in races just annoy me. if I hear anybody in the game I do mute as quick, as possible. I dont know how, but I dont like driving and contact other ppl in the driving game oriented on cruising with othe drivers...maybe I am getting old?
7) I had driving wheel losck when new "scene" is loaded until I will switch gear. I cannot start, turn left/right - nothing

Somebody should stop developers, all managment and turn on to all people Test Drive Unlimited 1 (with patinium mod, and paradise mod ;) ). I am sure people who like this kind of games would cruise together with smile on their faces. People would take a brake in dinner for a cofee, would drive to some cool MP - Meeting point - in TDU:SC MP are just Stupid, as the hotel and other things, that are not bulding atmosphere of ...TDU. Drivers rest in diners, repair cars in garages (not gas stations) etc.

I thing somebody should hire peple who understnds games, not "gameplay" as a tchinical thing disconected from the "game atmosphere", and keep out all acountants from the game developmant. There is to less job before game development starts. Marketing managers doesnt understnd what is all about. TDU SC is product of managers who tried copy FH and The Crew and stick to TDU franchise. It could work if they took from all titles best things, not random/even worst things.

Ehhh ..Lets see in the TDU 1. I'm sure we will spend good time toghether there...

Maybe that just me, but again I don't feel anythig when I turn on next-gen, new, best, immersive, best graphics, super AAA game, blablabla ....not important for me product. That is sad. I was mutch more happy plaing Test Drive 1 (not unlimited), and I want go to OOahu to see what is going on there, maybe I will find some cool car I didnt know is added to the game?

i agree about the steering wheel optimisation, i have the Logitech G920 and with it TDU SC is unplayable but, i'm playing also with a ps5 controller and it works fine... Then i hope the devs will improve the steering feeling in TDU because for the rest i found that's a really good game, beautiful, fun to play, good songs and pretty location hong kong, i'm sure this will be a great game in the future

Works fine with g923 & 920's and even 27's. Several people have been using them for it. My self too when I was in closed tests and demo. 923 here.

DEI infected mess. DEI = Didn't earn it. Like you I have played the two originals, have bought them on several platforms and supported this company/IP since the beginning. Like every other woke studio its 100% broken, buggy, and focused on a tiny minority of degenerates who don't even buy these games. Insane, mentally ill activists who don't play games have ruined gaming. The way you fix this is continue voting with your wallet. We are winning, so many of these studios are going bankrupt and so many of their employees are losing their jobs. Keep up the pressure until they are all bankrupt and forced to start making games focused on the player who is actually buying the game and not the DEI politics.

I agree with althair, The game also need a off line option, I just like to cruise, I remove the music from the game, leave the environment and engine activated and leave Spotify running in the background with the music I like. The grafics are ok, but for 2024 is out dated the textures. I could not figure it out how to configure the g920 to gear up and down!
