Trying to play this game on Asus Rog Ally but game only displays 720p?

Tried switching DX11/12, forcing resolution in Steam menu, forcing resolution through Armoury Crate SE… This game no matter windowed or fullscreen only has 720p option?

So if I set Windows Display DPI scaling to 100% then this sh*t game would correctly detect the native resolution in-game. But the recommended DPI for my display is 150% and I can’t find the .exe file for this game to adjust DPI individually per app…

About to get a refund as the technical development skills of this game’s developer seems astoundingly bad for basic QoL features on Windows.
