Any Cheats?

Hi, looks i am too bad for this game i really like, i dont mind cheating and i dont care being called a cheater, this hurts nobody when done in single player. had no luck using cheat engine, looks like the health is hidden quite good. are there any cheats?

Nothing official at the moment, but if you press F5 on the title screen it will bring up an old debug screen and you'll be able to activate invincibility, and then you can select a level (only 6 stages are listed, like I said, it's old), but the invincibility option should stay enabled between stages

I'll add something official at some point, it's on my list of things to add

I miss the days of gamesharks and in-game cheating options. Cheating in single player games can be a blast! Even if it's just to goof off. Lots of fun in games like Perfect Dark. Nothing wrong for wanting cheat codes RetrOPixel.

It's not something that is at all required, but it is a fun addition after the game gets polished and more levels are added.

Shame that achievements, DLCs and being constantly online killed them off...

Tried the debug screen, it works except for the bosses and in the desert stage it stops working when fighting the mini boss in the pyramid.
having to fight the bosses legitimately is fine for me and the desert stage is not that hard at the end.

just an information, i got it that you will eventually work on those things

Thanks for letting me know, it definitely wasn't fully tested as it wasn't really meant for the public, but I'll try and get that fixed for the next update

I am of the same mind that cheats should be okay in single player games. It isn't hurting anyone. I mean come on we used to have funny cheats like in tomb raider where you entered the cheat and it would blow up lara croft. Or in tony hawk with all its funny unlockable cheats anyone remember those? And before you say oh but you have a VAC Ban on your account for a valve game. Yes I do however is that really all that great of a rebuttal because frankly I got that ban back during jungle inferno on tf2 where hackers would mass report people and you have a ton of people who have gotten flagged as vac banned because of that me being one of those people who got hit by it just for being a newbie I have 3 hours on this account on tf2 that is it but anyways that is off topic. The point here is cheating in funny ways should be brought back.

That's what i meant. Cheats enable someone to enjoy a game even if the game is too hard for them. For example, my mother needs cheats to play Dark Souls or Skyrim, she likes the setting of these games but the controls are too hard for her. That has nothing to do with "git gud" but with removing or lowering an obstacle. As long as it's a single player game, what's the matter?
