Is there a way to have English subtitles translate what she says in Spanish?

My gf has been watching me play this and we both really enjoy the story so far. (on Chapter 4)

Our only gripe is that when Ms. Solano speaks Spanish... English subtitles are in Spanish... with no translation. We both have this gripe with modern TV/movies not translating other languages to us. Most notably, Lost, when the Korean couple speak in Korean -- it's as if their dialogue is not important enough to translate.

Same here... I'm sure Ms. Solano is just being sassy and I love that she's bilingual and I love her character -- I just wish that I could understand what she's saying instead of just seeing her say "something something mi casa".

From what little Spanish I know I can get some information but I feel like it takes away from the character because my gf and I then wonder what she actually said and it takes us out of the story.

Are we just missing a setting that will translate this for us or was this intentional?
If it's intentional, why?
