I wouldn't trust reviews from people who didn't play it, I think. Give it a few days

I only see one review, btw (although it says 3), and that is a pre-release review and not very informative.

Hehe ok. No, I usually wait a few months after game releases to let them get a few patches and maybe a sale and such, so I don't usually sit and wait for countdowns to releases and such!

But this one seemed interesting, and I saw the release notification on the Call of the Sea (which I liked) forum, so it caught my attention

Also, I prefer to play games 'blind', without reading too much about them first.

Yeah I will go into this game blind aswell, I just wanna know if its even good at all and if it runs ok. I'm not reading spoilers. And to be honest I expected this game to be more popular than it currently seems, that's why I'm supprised.

Slay the Princess took at least a day or two - now it's Overwhelmingly Positive. It's not exactly a triple-A, you gotta give the smaller ones a while.

This game blew away my expectation by a large margin. Must play for any gamer i would say.

It's a crime this game's release went almost unnoticed. I've searched for gameplays in youtube and only unknown channels have covered it - so small the gameplay videos only have around a hundred or a few thousand views ...

Maybe they should have reached out to some big streamers / youtubers to play it. They would have probably charged for playing it, but it'd put the game to a larger audience. Talking about people with huge reach, such as Jackscepticeye, Markiplier, PenguinZ, etc.
