Is there any way to get rid of the mission timer?

Sadly no.

I would advise not worrying about it though, most missions don't have a timer and the few that do are way more time than you need.

Oh okay thanks for the response!! Much appreciated.. it is kinda frustrating when they set time limits onto missions...

If it's any help, the timers generally are very forgiving, they're more there to give the illusion of urgency than anything else.

Yes. I just completed a mission. Time seems adequate. Thanks so much for your help :) I usually take my own sweet time and get through a mission so urgency isnt my forte.. but yes i get the idea that they wanted to create a sense of urgency.
