Can't start the game

First mission first task was to move the camera, the instuction told me to move the camera and familarise the map. I have done it all, (scrolling, rotating, moving, pressing "<" & ">") but the game just wouldn't continue... What is happening...

I was stuck on this too. Try to find the 'objectives' key, to see what the game still wants from you.

There is a way to skip the tutorial completely (console + cheat). You have to googlebing for exact instructions. There is also a helpful 'Guide' here in the Community Hub addressing progression issues with later missions.
