Cold Cases folder password in Katie case

in The Kidnapping of Katie Suzuhara case, there is a "Cold Cases" folder that is not required to open to finish the case. how can i open it? the password hint doesn't seem to help.

i already tried:

asdfdsaasdf (or whatever is written on the hint)

Orblablah Syndicate (i forgot the actual name, the one that kidnap Katie)

but nothing seems to unlock the folder. i don't want to miss any collectibles (although i think i'm already missing one of the merchant and the genie file since i skipped one chapter, if it's not located in this folder, that is) so any help would be appreciated.

also, a bit off topic, here's my feedback so far about the game.
- there is no way for me to replay stages (unless if i can go to the previous' level by copy and paste-ing the ip, which is always gone from my notes somehow after i finish the level
- you can't save in the middle of the game. the katie case is very long (it took me 2h to finish i think) and there were times where i want to take a break since this case has so many clues that i need to write down manually..
- you can't return to your desktop after you start a level. as i said before, i think i missed one of the merchant and the genie file and want to check it, but i can't do it until i solve the level...
- the airport case needs more time limit (and perhaps most of the case with time limit). it's impossible to finish them on first try, given that you have to understand what to do beforehand. i think i finished it with 10 minutes left in a perfect run, meaning that i didn't read any texts and didn't crash. crashing also reduces time so that would give me even less time to finish the stage if i screwed up on my first try. it took me a lot of tries too to finish that level and it was kinda boring to replay the stage since it's so repetitive and slow.

well, that's all of the important things for now, otherwise, great game. i enjoyed it a lot :)

The Cold Cases folder does not need to be unlocked, it's a red herring =)
There are no collectibles in there.

You can replay levels after you complete the game. You'll receive an email that tells you how

I certainly never got in that folder, I assumed that a nonsense password means you can't get in. Interesting if the Dev says there is a password for this somewhere.

There's a way to retry old cases, it will come to you.

Oh okay, i guess ill try completing the game without unlocking it first. I hope im not missing much.

Also, since im asking a question alr, will finishing all levels of zombie aftermath give me something? Or is it just for fun? Im too lazy to continue after lv 25 hahah

Yes, if you complete all 100 levels you will receive the gift of better math skills. But if you're talking about in game rewards, nah, there isn't anything.
