I hope the following tip helps:
You don't actually need to pass the exam to complete this level. You just need to get to the second page of the exam, where you'll find a form that let's you place the letters you've deciphered from the Dancing Devil alphabet. Use the Bloodline of Banto, and the Egama Family Tree, to decipher each alphabet one by one. Once you've gotten the full alphabet, you only need to decipher the code behind Dante Dimasalang's desk (as seen through his webcam) to access his folder and complete the mission.
Hope this helps!

You'll need to be able to do this first, or page 2 is going to be really difficult.
The chaser of the moon is mentioned in the Bloodline of Banto holy poem.
If you want the answer, it's Junjun
Hope this helps!

EDIT: Nevermind, I figured it out. For anyone looking for the answers Banto | Dante | Junjun | Kuwat
