You must have something set in your Steam VR settings ?
https://youtu.be/PQpT5FjEyDs
I assumed you had done that.
you must launch Max from the Questlink \ Airlink Desktop inside VR
Then load the level and hit the VR icon to launch.
Could you do a video of how you are launching so i can see what your seeing and better assist.
If your doing it like this then it really should just work.

That the only different i am doing that i can see ?

I have HTC VIVE Pro 2 with the HTC Vive Pro 2 controllers (from Full Kit).
- Headset is working
- Controllers not working correctly. Can't move or turn with them. In SteamVR all VR-Games are listed in the calibrate/configurate controllers menu. But GGMax isn't there. So i can't configure the controllers for GGMax.
see this picture https://ibb.co/GH4mxGV
- If i use the headset i can not open doors or turn with the keyboard.
- If i use the headset i can not use the mouse for open doors or turn.
- If i activate the not configurable controllers, i can use them only for open the doors. And as special effect, then the mouse is useable for turning. I don't have a third hand for use keyboard, mouse and controllers at the same time.
In all other games, Steam an Non-Steam, the controllers works perfectly via SteamVR and they are configurable via SteamVR. But not with GGMax. Frustrating. Check the code, there must be some error in it.
Sorry my english, it's not my motherlanguage.
