Game Doesn't work on Windows 11

I know is an old game, i tried compatibility mode and still can't run the game.

Can someone help a fellow Pirate/Merchant ???

If this is your only "older game" then you probably have not installed DirectX 9 yet. Windows 10 and 11 claims to be compatible with previous DirectX packages, but still there are a number of missing optional side-by-side technologies from the legacy DirectX SDK that are used by some older games.

It does not downgrade your DirectX version, it just adds some missing features from 9.0c
