Won't launch...

Just bought this, and it won't launch. It just keeps going back to the "Play" screen. Any ideas?

What version of Windows are you running? I'm not sure if it works with Win 11 or 10, I'm waiting on input from other players too.

The Encore Classic card games won't launch. I get a pop up for about a second and goes to play. I have Windows 10. Is there an update for it or can i get a refund for a game that doesn't work

Same for me. Just downloaded it onto my new laptop and it won't open. On my old laptop I couldn't play it either because it was zoomed in when I would try to play it.

Windows 11 and it launches just fine for me. Which version of 11 are you using. I'm using the 22H version,

HI i might have a solution for everybody it worked for me for me it was a missing file Msvcp100.dll 1. Download the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package MFC Security Update and run it. ... 2.Install any available Windows updates. ... link is here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26999 i hope this helps it worked for me special thanks to MeatandCheese "on steam" who helped me with this and getting my game up and running "for safety only download from Microsoft"

This works perfectly. Just be sure to download both the x86 version for this particular game. You can install both the x86 and x64 version with no issues.

I am also on Windows 11, and the game worked perfectly on Windows 10. It does the same "Play", cycle, off, "Play" as others have found. I downloaded the update above and nothing changed. I don't see an option to choose an x64 and/or an x86 version. I have run through all the Steam-recommended tips and still Nada. Any other suggestions are welcome!
