no avocado tree for sale?

He has the citron and alma trees, but not the avocado. Wiki just says it should be available after finding all other trees (same with alma and citron) but he doesn't have it.

Note I don't have the (im assuming new since they are not on the wiki) trees. Cherry, orchid, cacao, fig, or current. This is my first ever run-through, and I didn't read ALL the posts leading to the recent update, so idk what all is old or new.

Thanks for your report 🙂 Have you researched the Trading idea and reached 163,000 prosperity points? These are the requirements for unlocking the avocado tree saplings.

it could be that u need to get the other 6 trees first OR wait till year 2 to have the Avocado tree :)
