The strategy I've been doing in a new playthrough is to focus on only a few crops each season and plant LOTS of them with seeds from Igrork, instead of planting a little of everything based on whatever I've gathered. I also favored plants that regrow, grow quickly so I can do multiple rounds in a single season, or grow in two seasons. Using that strategy, I just completed that prophecy on Fall 17, instead of somewhere into my second year like in the game I was playing a couple weeks ago. It definitely COULD be done faster by growing more types of spring and summer crops in bulk, but that would be a lot of watering.
