Adult Cave Lion??
So the patch release says you need to beat the main story to get this item called the 'baby shroom' and I'm a little sad/concerned 'cause I was hoping to have my lil' guy grown up asap. Does it mean like.. the entire game's story or one section of it?? Does it take long? I'm basically worried by the time I unlock the content there won't be much left to do if it's that late game but I have no idea.

Also, what happens when it grows up? Do we have to move it to the barn or does it get to stay in our house?

You buy the baby shroom from the Pacha tree shop on Sundays. Your pets that have eaten a baby shroom just become adults, and you can ride them. Their behavior doesn't change, they still wander around inside your house and such. The Pacha tree shop is endgame, only unlocking once you've completed growing the Pacha tree. If you haven't done that yet, you need to get crackin'.

And to be fair, the only real diference is that you can ride them. And comparing to the other animals that have speed stats, they are not really fast, so it is basically for astetic only

That's disappointing to hear.. :c I figured they'd be pretty zippy, considering it's a whole ass lion xD

Yeah. And you have a horse. I don't think lions are faster than horses, are they? Specially with a full adult person riding them

I think all animals have the same default speed, and it's the Speed stat that you can improve through breeding that depends how fast it goes... Since cave lions can't be bred, they are probably gonna be as fast as a rank 1 mount? 🤔
