Help where do i go after Owl Cave Trials

I have the ability to transmute next to the big owl statue but i cant find the next part of the cave

You need to go back to the room called A short Flight and change into a owl there. Fastest way there is to go to the first totem, the Glyphodon totem room and go right twice, its the room just before the Darkish room.
