keeper of the seed bug or user error?

I was working on my prophecies and noticed that I did not have the achievement, "they found many plants for their field." This felt somewhat absurd as every page I looked at said I just needed 20 seeds for this. Is this false or is this a bug? I have over 20 wild seeds on me at the moment, not to mention gathered through the two seasons I have progressed through. Thanks!!

It's probably 20 types of seeds, not 20 in quantity
