Pets stuck in the house

I thought I had posted this before, however I can't find it anywhere. So, after having your baby the pets have not once left the house, and it's been almost a full in game year. I wasn't sure if anyone else was having this problem

You did post it earlier Here. Unfortunately, no replies so perhaps no one else has encountered it or it got pushed off the first page quickly. Sorry I can't help either but if you ever want to get back to a topic you created quickly, look on the right side of this page. Under "Discussions Rules and Guidelines" you'll find:
"YOUR FORUM ACCOUNT
Post History"

Clicking on Post History does what it says, it shows a history of all your posts, newest to oldest.

My pets have also stopped going outside after having a child. So, it isn't just you

same issue here, no child though, it happened in the second year i think.

So, I actually figured out my problem. I had put an arch too close to the entrance to the house. Once I moved the arch, the pets immediately came out the door.

thank you, this helped me too! i removed my furniture out front and they finally left the house.
