Report a translation problem
The other options seem to be self-explanatory with their effects in all caps, except the LUCKY one. I would guess it's a +4 to Luck or something, but without knowing how a luck mechanic works in this game, it's difficult to put into words what it does. I didn't find a way to check in on your "daily luck" like Stardew did, so it's not really fair to compare the two here.
"Seeds that GROW QUICKLY into food we can harvest" - Plants will grow quicker.
"A fish that I was LUCKY enough to catch" - Improved luck catching better fish.
"A flower that blooms like FRIENDSHIP" - Friendship bonus when talking to villagers.
"A dish that gives us STAMINA for our day" - Max Stamina increased.
