Children's hair style

I don't know if there is an in-game way of changing it, but if not, there should be. Some hair styles look really nice on your adult Pachan, but really not that good on toddlers. We can edit the game files to change their hair styles, but an in-game way of doing it would be better (especially once this is out on consoles too, and console players can't just edit the files).
