Then just select which seeds/tools you want and move them to the appropriate page on the wheel.
I agree the out of season seeds should be removed imo, it's just too much clutter and not necessary.
I'm pretty sure it's left in because there's a crop powder that lets crops grow into the next/wrong season...but i feel that's such a minor benefit that very few people use it's better to just hide them.

How?
Sure he does. But to remove, thats how you do it.
Example:
Take a seed, any seed, I.e. a carrot seed.
Place it in the first spot, spot 2, spot 3 etc. all the way around. Do the same on the other two wheels. Congrats, the only seed on your wheels is now a single carrot seed.
