cant get harpoon

that's not right....i haven't got even close to 40 and i've gotten it now. I just needed to get 3 flowers with the lady that gives it to you. I am the author of the post yes this post is pretty old

Friendship is not needed in any the Smoke Signals

I did test a few different Things, like catch 10 different Kinds of Fish, get a few Fish to Knowledge lvl 2 but nothing seemed to trigger it.
After i obtained the Hardwood i instantly unlocked the Harpoon.
Next Time i've got the Hardwood as fast as possible and did try again...10 different fish...>nothing... a few fish on knowledge Lvl 2>nothing
Only when i fished for Knowledge Lvl 3 i unlocked it so it thought= Wait a Minute the Fish isnt even in lvl 3.
Next Time ive got the Hardwood and fished Porcupine like i madman... 10...20...30..40..wait Harpoon?
Alright 40 Fish and obtaining your first Hardwood it is.
I did all that on a Save Game with a modified Village Prosperity,
Nearly all Smoke Signals need that, but after spending half a Day on the Harpoon Signal it seemed enough for me.

I can go back and discover the Village Prosp requirement if you guys want it, but 40 Fish and Hardwood are the save requirements^^

Thanks for your Kind Words, these are one of the Reasons why i like to invest so much Time into it :-)
But in reality i'm just a little Analyst and saw how many People struggled on Things, thats why i wanted to help^^
