how to put seeds in press?

i have tons of seeds from wild seeds to bought ones and i cant put them into the press, it just pops up the inspect menu.

Vegetable seeds (like eggplant, tomato, etc) can't be processed in the press. "seeds" that you grow (like sunflower and sesame) can be, though. Put the item in your hotbar, go to the press with it, and you should have the option.

You can't use seeds from the seed bag in the press. You have to have the actual harvested produce. The press turns fruits into juices, seeds into oil, some grains and tree produce into milk, and meat or seaweed into gelatin.
