Flour/grain seeds

I found wheat seeds too late in Spring and the plant died when Summer started. Is there any other grain seed I can turn into flour? Preferably Summer seeds

I did the same with getting the wheat too late too. Millet can be turned into flour and that becomes available in the Summer. You get the seeds in the jungle where the pyramid is located, tucked away in the south western corner of that map.

Amaranth. It can be found in the Savannah. It kind of looks like a big red flower, but it's a grain.

Grains-

Spring: Quinoa (Forest), Wheat (Savannah)
Summer: Amaranth (Savannah), Millet (Jungle), Teff (Steppes)
Fall: Buckwheat (Savannah)
Winter: Oats (Savannah)

Also you can compost mushrooms and i will allow the crop to grow past season cut off for 1 harvest :)
