Can't Romance Vallah (Solved)
I'm not sure if this is a bug or a mechanic because I'm dating her brother Touk, or if it's because she's the only character I've given something she hates to, but I have her at 9 flowers and I still can't trigger her dating cutscene.

For me it worked both times.
I know that she has a few Cutscenes in different parts of the Map.
In the Savannah at Day, in the Forest at Night etc.
Be sure to talk a few times with her, there could be an Icon for "Hangout" and she tells you to talk with her again in the evening or so
