You can just buy more belts from the clothing maker. No special items needed.

You just buy it with contribution points. When you talk to the characters, click them again then the options come up. Some of them have trades(looks like holding hands or passing a note), click that and one of them has the bag space. They have darker long hair, I think.

I think a lot of people miss this being a thing since you have to click them again after the initial talk to get options to come up. Or they just aren't clicking all the options.

yes I did not have enough contribution and as a side of the name of the object it was noted "key object" I thought that it needed a special object: D as much for me thank you

They did put in a fix to the trigger to go visit the NPC that sells the belts once you fill up your inventory.
