Who is your favorite romanceable character so far?

I think I will either choose between Garrek or Jukk. I think that overall the female characters are much more interesting and better looking than the males, but it doesn't bother me much. What do you guys think?

Just wanted to let you guys know, that in my Opinion, Marriage and Parenthood are a little bit scuffed atm.

It's nice that Vallah is now a permanent resident and i can see her interacting in the Village...buuuuut:

On certain Season Events she is not even present, for example New Years Eve.
Which meant, our Babygirl was sleeping alone on the Bed the whole Day, no Mama in sight, i attended the Event, no Wife or Baby in sight, which was a bit saddening.

Even now, she is sleeping in, Everyday, so no Mornings/Breakfast or so together.
After i finished my first chores i can see her leaving the Baby alone, roaming around the Village.

Be prepared to be a single Parent, cause if the Baby is crying or needs attention,
your Other-Half doesn't give a ♥♥♥♥ about your Kid >.<
"Oh no, your deep into the Mines and our Baby is Crying? Darling i would need to leave the Villagefire to walk 10 Meters, can you take care of our Baby?"

Going to sleep, at the same time? Ohhhh noo, your presented with 2 possibilities
1. "I'am going to sleep at 10PM to wake up at 8AM leaving everything in your Care bye bye"
2. "I'am Partying at the Neighbours House, i should be back around Midnight, but don't wait for me"

To be honest, this ruined a bit the Game for me.
I started a new run now, and iam not getting married until thats gonna get adressed >.<
So i need to be Careful about the 10 Hearts Events too, cause i don't think we have a another choice after not proposing for the First Time

I think Frer is adorable! I love his portrait and I appreciate that he has a real job contributing to the tribe in a practical way with his fishing. I found his dates really cute and I like his shy and awkward side.

Touk or Mana. Although I love almost everyone else’s designs. I would have romanced Era or Illoe but their personalities aren’t interesting to me.

Thats something I want to change in life sims, I want a older woman, I want a cougar, stardew valley had Harvey the towns doctor who had to be at least his mid to late 30's but thats it.

I agree, I think it would be great to have a more mature female love interest in this game! Most of the female characters read kind of young to me, so I wasn't as interested in them.

I prefer more mature looking characters in general, which is why my current favourite LI is Touk. Vallah is a close second.

Probably a very unpopular opinion, but I like Jelrod. I think he's funny, in the way he kinda gets shot down so often. I also like how he interacts with his sisters, and how his relationship with Ibon grows less combative with time. Like with a few other characters, his personality would likely make me hate him in a different game, but in this one, the whole tribe feels like a big family. Because of that, little fights or provocations here and there do not feel mean-spirited, but familial instead, and cause me to find the characters participating in them endearing instead of annoying.

Initially, I didn't actually like any of the options very much, so I just played the game normally not intending to date anyone specifically. I expected romance to be initiated by the player, like in other games like this one. I was surprised to learn that wasn't the case
and Jelrod was the first to ask, so I went with it, and I actually liked it. His arc surely feels much smaller and less important than others, though, but I'm okay with it right now.
