'A New Way of Fishing' Help
I can't seem to figure out how to get this quest to trigger? I'm now entering into Summer Year 2, have talked to Inza multiple times and still nothing. Is it a bug or am I doing something wrong?

I got it the day i fished like 20 of the easy fish in first area, it might be getting knowledge to level 3 on a fish triggers it, as after i got the quest, it took 2 bars instead of 3 to catch the fish.
