Flickering issue

Not sure if this is a known issue but i've been getting some screen flickering when playing this game, at first i thought it was an issue on my end, i tried updating my graphics drivers, replugging in my display port cable, all sorts of things and after launching another game and noticing it wasn't happening I figured i'd mention it here.

Unfortunately the only game options are window size and vsync, which i tried to mess with but it didn't do anything. My monitor is an Asus VG249 144hz and my graphics card is an MSI 2070 Super.
