What to do here? I found the giant turtle statue. What do i do next?

Try to give item, look wall for some clue

The small turtles will give you hints.
But yeah, the wall has a painting on it it will show hints as well.

If it shows fishes and water, it wants a fish, if it shows trees it wants something that comes from trees (pomegranate for example)
If it shows roots it wants a potato and so on.

Work it out, that's half the fun. if you're going to just google it each time you get stuck then you might as well not even play the game.
