Report a translation problem
Nope; you do not get Blue Prints -- they are not Craftable; at least not at the beginning -- and nor are they in the shop. They GIVE you the parts when you first turn on the game. There is no way that I can see which allows you to get them back if they are lost.
Oh well I guess?
It's considered ultra rare, it's worth about 800k. So it's better to just sell it and unlock it later on the Drifter Pass.
The bad part the regular Drifter Pass doesn't get access to special items.
I think I'll upgrade my Coffin the old fashioned way...
