How to increase population

Your already existing pop has to be happy + have more houses.

in Thrive:HLtC people will move in almost instant if you build more houses/full fill the needs to allow more people into a single home.

i came here to ask this same question, i have a new city i started to build.. built lots of houses everyone is happy and no new citizens, even the origonal ones are not going into houses they just say they are homeless.

a 3rd city i have everyone is in homes but the new homes i built stay empty again everyone is happy.

main city i needed more workers so i built more houses n they stay empty to :(

I had this problem in a few new games and I think its a bug. I already reported it a few times but these devs have a lot of fixing to do so gonna let this game cook for like a year, can't recommend it atm. The potential is there but its not even really in a playable state atm. Look forward to getting things fixed though one day.
