To anyone willing to hear, this game is a gem. Its a shame not a whole lot of people tried this game out. This game is much better than Manor Lords, in every facet of the game. I can't wait to see how the devs plan on adding more content to the game. I have been looking for a good city builder with multiplayer of some kind and I found it. Thank you =).

My issue is it takes more than 2 hours to get a feel for the game and ultimately this genre typically just never succeeds at interesting me.

Manor Lords is much more organic, the villages look more natural precisely because not everything is laid out at a 90° angle. I can build anything I want at Manor Lords, I can create streets with curves, I can build houses harmoniously into the landscape. As far as I know, this is also possible in Farthermost Frontier. That's what I miss here. I no longer enjoy building rectangular cities. That's why I don't like Anno either. Of course it's apparently easier to program and if you like it that way, you're welcome to play it. What bothers me here is this loveless German translation using ki or translation tools. If someone can't speak German, how are they supposed to know if the translation is correct? So please leave it out or offer to help the community with the translation.

Despite everything, I think "Thrive" will be an interesting game. Let's see how it will develop in Early Access

Thank you all very much for the feedback and for playing Thrive: HLtC. We look forward to improving the game during Early Access including Translations, etc. I am a huge city builder fan and love most of them, each for there unique aspects.

Manor Lords was day 1 on game pass which means it also had a lot of marketing added to it. It's also a much different game?

Game with combat vs game without combat lol doesn't sound the same to me.
