The game is very interesting, and I have already added it to my whishlist. But the technical performance leaves much to be desired.
Firstly, the game does not tolerate any load on the video card other than itself. My 3070 chokes and the video, playing on the second monitor simultaneously with the game loading, crashes.
Secondly, when I first launched it at maximum graphics settings, the game crashed and took down the video driver. I had to restart the computer.
Thirdly, after building the tavern, the game froze, so much so that it was a big problem to minimize it or pull the task manager over it. If it weren't for the second monitor, I would have to restart the computer again.
Fourthly, after this I was unable to load the save at all...
My system is not the weakest, and something needs to be done about it.

Hi Lito, thanks so much for checking out the demo. We do have a lot of performance tasks and bugs to work out. Thank for also taking the time to post so we can improve the game for everyone.
