The game has 7 different scenarios, each divided in up to 10 difficulty levels.
But I tend to take my sweet little old time, making sure that nothing was left on the table at the end of turn.
You can finish all scenarios before T65 ends, FWIW, usually somewhere between T60-65, even on the highest difficulty, if you're good enough - that's about 2-3 hours. Prepare to get to T80+ and spend those 3-4 hours if you're just learning. You can rush weekly challenges in 1 hour on the easiest settings if you know how to play :P
This is like an order of magnitude shorter than other sim games, such as Civilization or Surviving Mars. Game length of Terraformers is closer to my runs of Slay the Spire or Hades.
That's just 1 mission out of 10 in a campaign. There's 7 campaigns.
Campaigns are from my memory( play the game, focus on mining, focus on seeding life, focus on terraforming, focus on building space project, focus on science and focus on expansion. Each camapign has missions of increasing difficulty, so there is a lot of play, but at its heart it is roguelike first and foremost.
