Trouble with Loading/Game is crashing? VIDEO GUIDE for uploading game files

Hello Builders! We have created a short guide for you what to do in case of problems with loading the game

First, you need to check this Topic: https://steamcommunity.com/app/1244630/discussions/0/4335356121962024914/


1. Press (Windows) + (R) on your keyboard
2. Then, Type %localappdata%low command in the window and press OK - the command is in the movie description.
3. Enter FreemindSA folder.
4. Enter House Builder folder
4. Now copy this:

- PlayerProfile.json
- all PlayerProfile_Backup.json
- Player.log

(WITHOUT any of subfolders like 'launcher', 'mappreview', 'maps' etc.) and paste it as an email attachment


5. Send an e-mail to [e-mail] with the subject 'problem with loading' and we will assist you as soon as possible. To make our job easier, ADD YOUR STEAM NICKNAME to the email!

Why is it so hard to make a correction of the problems with the game? After the latest release it load up to 89% and the screen freezes.

i have never had this issue but i am stuck at 85% complete as far as the house the rock part of the well is done but it will not let me build the wood part and the last thing on the house i could get done was the planks for the railing.please help

modern house, game freezes after load level. From what i saw this problem was reported few months ago. As we can see devs ignoring critic errors. Game is unplayable again.

Without sending the save it is hard for me to say what is broken. I'm asking you to send it so I can look at it and fix the problem. Regards, Adam

I have an issue when i'm playing the game, randomly the game crashes and i losses all the builded house progress

hi. after full reinstallation - i can't even load the game! all stops at 89%. When will be the next update?)
