Must you pre-order the deluxe edition to obtain all of its additional content? Or will the extra content always be available to people even after release so long they purchase the deluxe edition?

You can get 3 vehicle skins without deluxe edition. so if u want 5 dinos, 6 signs, and 6 vehicle skins, u must get deluxe

I might be like the first game, I got the deluxe preorder for it, and then later on there was an option to upgrade to it for less then the full price (since you own the game). SO overall later on the same thing might happen, you get the game and later want the extra stuff buy it for less and just the dinosaurs and items.

You can pick up the Deluxe Edition content after launch if you don't want to purchase it now. If you pick up the Deluxe Edition you will have access to the content even after release.

On PC, you'll be able to mix eras in Sandbox Mode.

How much does guest interact to building? Do your guest hold items from shops as well?

It's ultra cheap at my region, so cheap that even I am against pre-ordering, I bought it.
