No just Nvidia RTX users on the latest drivers it seems. Someone posted earlier in another thread that thier 1060 was working fine and no issues on my AMD card either, its a driver mishap not the games update.
I think you'd have more luck getting driver fixes on Nvidias forums tbh, not sure there is much Frontier can do but stand in a corner offering moral support ...

1. Uninstall drivers ( https://www.wagnardsoft.com/content/display-driver-uninstaller-ddu-v18051-released ) and roll back to previous driver version ( https://www.nvidia.com/de-de/drivers/results/189687/ ).
2. Wait for a fix and go play something else.
