so im trying to 100% the database but im missing a genetic mod. its between champlain valley and death valley. it looks like the skeleton of a dog. Ive looked everywhere and i cant find the mission to research this

It's positive reinforcement I think? Dog genes. I unlocked it by going into Canada sandbox w/ scientists and research enabled, it was the top right one.
