Only solution is to build separate enclosures and modify the genome for open space environmental needs, to help building smaller enclosures. Good luck!
You just need 2 separate enclosures raptors and i-rex.
you might need to move some buildings or edit ways/paths to make more space.
Though, I can confirm that they are hyper aggressive even if they don't have "aggressive" as a trait. It's hard-coded into them.
EDIT: Do note that I made this Indom on practically launch day, so it wouldn't surprise me if this was just a bug honestly.
